Stay Hydrated!

With the intense summer heat, swimming in the backyard pool is a great way to stay cool. Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water! The temperatures have been pushing over 100 degrees and we lose fluids faster than we think. Be safe, stay cool, stay hydrated, have fun!
