Birth of a Negative Edge Pool

One of the more dramatic features for a swimming pool is a negative edge, sometimes known also as a vanishing edge or an infinity edge. This is where a wall somewhere along the pool is designed to look as if the water is spilling off out of the pool. Typically these are designed with a nice view like a canyon, a lake, or even a golf course behind them. The process to build a negative edge pool is much more technical than the average pool, but when finished, the look is incredible!

The negative edge is an awesome looking effect. I always get happy when a client wants to do one
