• White Glove Pool Care (All-Inclusive Service & Maintenance Package)
  • Weekly Water Testing Includes testing when needed for: Chlorine, Salt PPM, pH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer, Calcium, TDS, Phosphates
  • Weekly Chemicals Includes adding when needed: Acid, Liquid Chlorine, Dichloride, Salt, Stabilizer, Metal Remover, Clarifier, Sequestering Agent
  • Weekly Brush & Scrub Includes waterline tile, spillways, interior floors, walls, steps & benches
  • Weekly Net & Skim Includes surface debris skimming and removal of all water surfaces
  • Weekly Vacuum Includes vacuuming of floors, benches, & steps
  • Weekly Basket Cleaning Includes removal of all debris in skimmer baskets & pump baskets
  • Weekly Pool-Sweep Bag Cleaning Includes removal of all debris in pool vac cleaner bag
  • Weekly Auto-Fill Inspection Includes visual inspection and any necessary adjustments
  • Weekly Pressure Inspection Includes pressure check on filter to monitor cleanliness. 
  • Filter Cleaning/Backwash Includes backwash and replacement of filter media.
  • Quarterly Filter Breakdown Includes media removal cleaning, filter disassembly, grid removal, thorough grid rinse and clean, filter reassembly, filter media reintroduction.
  • Bi-Monthly Salt Cell Cleaning Includes salt cell removal, thorough cleaning with scale removing agent, salt cell attachment, performed every 45 - 60 days.
  • Weekly Equipment Inspection Includes filter & auxiliary pump visual and audible test, light test, visual pipe leak inspection, pool-vac inspection & adjustments as needed. 
  • Weekly Emailed Service Reports Includes date and time of service, all services performed and/or all chemical test readings including chemicals added to water where applicable
  • Debris Disposal We haul away the debris that we remove from the pool and baskets (not dump it in your yard to end up back in the pool again)
  • Monthly or Annual Recurring Billing with check or credit card payment options
  • Electronic Newsletter (Save $$) subscription with general pool ownership education, time & money saving tips, seasonal reminders, industry links, current news, technology trends, and more. (Opt-in or Opt-out options)

Additional Services Offered (Not included in Weekly Service Packages):

• Single Service Visit & Maintenance Check-Up 
  • Includes all chemicals & water testing, pool vacuuming, pool brush & scrub, surface net & skim, emptying of pump & skimmer baskets, pool sweep bag clean, filter pressure inspection, visual equipment inspection, emailed service report.
• Filter Backwash Cleaning 
  • Includes backwashing filter ,filter media replacement, emailed service report.
• Filter Breakdown Cleaning 
  • Includes media removal cleaning, filter grid removal and cleaning, filter media replacement, emailed service report.
• Pool & Equipment Complete Inspection 
  • Includes thorough inspection of all equipment, valves, pipes, controllers, lighting, cleaners, pool surface finishes, coping, tile, skimmers, interior fittings, pool fill devices, water features, and more. Includes a complete report with condition ratings, notes, and recommendations for repairs. Does not include leak detecting.
• Pool Start-Up 
  • 1 week start-up process to include: priming of all pumps, installation of skimmer baskets and wiers, equipment & pipe labeling, water conditioning and balancing with all chemicals included, pool soft bristle brush down, surface netting & skimming, water fill adjusting, filter backwash, emailed start-up report.
• Pool School
  
  • Instructional hands-on education to include: pool water chemicals and water testing, pool filter backwashing and filter breakdown cleaning, plumbing and valve run-through with pipe labeling when needed, pump operations and basket cleaning, heater operations, timer and controller operations, water purification system operations and maintenance procedures, pool light operating, manual pool vacuuming, pool surface netting and skimming, auto and manual pool filling, skimmer maintenance and cleaning, tile cleaning, automatic pool-vacuum cleaning and maintenance, general pool owner do's and dont's, service/equipment/chemical check-list and description list. Allow up to 2 hours for pool school. We recommend having Pool School around 30 days after initial pool fill and start-up.
